Client commissioned Modern Made to design and implement a complete interior renovation following a major fire.

This 6,000 sq. ft. single family neoclassical home in Fort Lee NJ was built in 2010. Following a major fire the owners had to repair the home, but also took the opportunity to convert to a modern style. Scope of work included:
Interior demolition, including removal of all interior surfaces, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems
Fire damage remediation
Major structural reconfiguration of first floor and basement
Redesign and replacement of basement water management system to eradicate rising damp issues
Design and installation of high-end amenities, including: Custom built European designer kitchen, wet bar and mudroom, state of the art home theater, radiant floor heating, Samsung VRF HVAC system, smart home lighting controls, integrated wifi and home network, steam showers, and exterior surveillance cameras.
