Client commissioned Modern Made for an extensive exterior and interior renovation.

The new owners of this 3,500 sq. ft. single family center colonial house in Englewood Cliffs NJ needed updates to their home to to correct multiple problems and to bring the style of their home in line with their tastes. Scope of work included:

• Interior demolition and structural reconfiguration of first floor, basement and parts of the second floor

• Add one bathroom and renovate all existing bathrooms

• New cabinetry for kitchen and walk-in-closet plus custom-made cabinetry for living room, library, and mudroom

• Install new HVAC and water filtration systems and extensive upgrades to plumbing, electrical and insulation

• Replace windows and siding and add multiple exterior elements for a more cohesive exterior design

• Add outdoor kitchen, awning, and exterior lighting.
